2 Kings 2:6
ESV Then Elijah said to him, "Please stay here, for the Lord has sent me to the Jordan." But he said, "As the Lord lives, and as you yourself live, I will not leave you." So the two of them went on.
NIV Then Elijah said to him, "Stay here; the Lord has sent me to the Jordan." And he replied, "As surely as the Lord lives and as you live, I will not leave you." So the two of them walked on.
NASB And Elijah said to him, 'Please stay here, for the Lord has sent me to the Jordan.' But he said, 'As surely as the Lord lives, and as you yourself live, I will not leave you.' So the two of them went on.

NKJV Then Elijah said to him, “Stay here, please, for the Lord has sent me on to the Jordan.” But he said, “ As the Lord lives, and as your soul lives, I will not leave you!” So the two of them went on.
