Jeremiah 48:10
ESV "Cursed is he who does the work of the Lord with slackness, and cursed is he who keeps back his sword from bloodshed.
NIV "A curse on anyone who is lax in doing the Lord’s work! A curse on anyone who keeps their sword from bloodshed!
