Job 39:7

ESV He scorns the tumult of the city; he hears not the shouts of the driver.
NIV It laughs at the commotion in the town; it does not hear a driver’s shout.
NASB He laughs at the turmoil of the city, He does not hear the shouting of the taskmaster.
CSB It scoffs at the noise of the village and never hears the shouts of a driver.
NLT It hates the noise of the city and has no driver to shout at it.
