Chapter 6
62To the sons of Gershom, according to their families, were given from the tribe of Issachar, the tribe of Asher, the tribe of Naphtali, and the tribe of Manasseh, thirteen cities in Bashan. 63To the sons of Merari were given by lot, according to their families, from the tribe of Reuben, the tribe of Gad, and the tribe of Zebulun, twelve cities. 64So the sons of Israel gave the Levites the cities with their pasture lands. 65They gave by lot from the tribe of the sons of Judah, the tribe of the sons of Simeon, and the tribe of the sons of Benjamin, these cities which are mentioned by name.
66Now some of the families of the sons of Kohath had cities of their territory from the tribe of Ephraim.
67They gave to them the following cities of refuge: Shechem in the hill country of Ephraim with its pasture lands, Gezer with its pasture lands,
68Jokmeam with its pasture lands, Beth-horon with its pasture lands,
69Aijalon with its pasture lands, and Gath-rimmon with its pasture lands;
70and from the half-tribe of Manasseh: Aner with its pasture lands and Bileam with its pasture lands, for the rest of the family of the sons of Kohath.
71To the sons of Gershom were given, from the family of the half-tribe of Manasseh: Golan in Bashan with its pasture lands and Ashtaroth with its pasture lands;
72and from the tribe of Issachar: Kedesh with its pasture lands, Daberath with its pasture lands,
73Ramoth with its pasture lands, and Anem with its pasture lands;
74and from the tribe of Asher: Mashal with its pasture lands, Abdon with its pasture lands,
75Hukok with its pasture lands, and Rehob with its pasture lands;
76and from the tribe of Naphtali: Kedesh in Galilee with its pasture lands, Hammon with its pasture lands, and Kiriathaim with its pasture lands.
77To the rest of the Levites, the sons of Merari, were given, from the tribe of Zebulun: Rimmono with its pasture lands, Tabor with its pasture lands,
78and beyond the Jordan at Jericho, on the east side of the Jordan, were given them, from the tribe of Reuben: Bezer in the wilderness with its pasture lands, Jahzah with its pasture lands,

63The Merarites were assigned by lot twelve towns from the tribes of Reuben, Gad, and Zebulun according to their families.
64So the Israelites gave these towns and their pasturelands to the Levites.
65They assigned by lot the towns named above from the tribes of the descendants of Judah, Simeon, and Benjamin.
67Shechem (a city of refuge) with its pasturelands in the hill country of Ephraim, Gezer and its pasturelands,
68Jokmeam and its pasturelands, Beth-horon and its pasturelands,
69Aijalon and its pasturelands, and Gath-rimmon and its pasturelands.
70From half the tribe of Manasseh, Aner and its pasturelands, and Bileam and its pasturelands were given to the rest of the families of the Kohathites.

72From the tribe of Issachar they received Kedesh and its pasturelands, Daberath and its pasturelands,
73Ramoth and its pasturelands, and Anem and its pasturelands.

75Hukok and its pasturelands, and Rehob and its pasturelands.
76From the tribe of Naphtali they received Kedesh in Galilee and its pasturelands, Hammon and its pasturelands, and Kiriathaim and its pasturelands.
77The rest of the Merarites received: From the tribe of Zebulun they received Rimmono and its pasturelands and Tabor and its pasturelands.
78From the tribe of Reuben across the Jordan at Jericho, to the east of the Jordan, they received Bezer in the desert and its pasturelands, Jahzah and its pasturelands,

65The towns in the territories of Judah, Simeon, and Benjamin, mentioned above, were assigned to them by means of sacred lots.
66The descendants of Kohath were given the following towns from the territory of Ephraim, each with its pasturelands:
67Shechem (a city of refuge in the hill country of Ephraim), Gezer,
68Jokmeam, Beth-horon,
69Aijalon, and Gath-rimmon.
70The remaining descendants of Kohath were assigned the towns of Aner and Bileam from the territory of the half-tribe of Manasseh, each with its pasturelands.

62To the Gershomites according to their clans were allotted thirteen cities out of the tribes of Issachar, Asher, Naphtali and Manasseh in Bashan. 63To the Merarites according to their clans were allotted twelve cities out of the tribes of Reuben, Gad, and Zebulun. 64So the people of Israel gave the Levites the cities with their pasturelands. 65They gave by lot out of the tribes of Judah, Simeon, and Benjamin these cities that are mentioned by name.
