Chapter 20

24and Adoram was over the forced labor, and Jehoshaphat the son of Ahilud was the secretary; 25and Sheva was scribe, and Zadok and Abiathar were priests; 26Ira the Jairite also was a priest to David.

24And Adoram was over the tribute: and Jehoshaphat the son of Ahilud was recorder: 25And Sheva was scribe: and Zadok and Abiathar were the priests: 26And Ira also the Jairite was a chief ruler about David.

24Adoram was over forced labor; Jehoshaphat son of Ahilud was court historian;
25Sheva was court secretary; Zadok and Abiathar were priests; 26and in addition, Ira the Jairite was David’s priest.
