Acts 16:25-36
New American Standard Bible
Chapter 16
25Now about midnight Paul and Silas were praying and singing hymns of praise to God, and the prisoners were listening to them; 26and suddenly there was a great earthquake, so that the foundations of the prison were shaken; and immediately all the doors were opened, and everyone’s chains were unfastened. 27When the jailer awoke and saw the prison doors opened, he drew his sword and was about to kill himself, thinking that the prisoners had escaped. 28But Paul called out with a loud voice, saying, 'Do not harm yourself, for we are all here!' 29And the jailer asked for lights and rushed in, and trembling with fear, he fell down before Paul and Silas; 30and after he brought them out, he said, 'Sirs, what must I do to be saved?'
31They said, 'Believe in the Lord Jesus, and you will be saved, you and your household.'
32And they spoke the word of God to him together with all who were in his house.
33And he took them that very hour of the night and washed their wounds, and immediately he was baptized, he and all his household.
34And he brought them into his house and set food before them, and was overjoyed, since he had become a believer in God together with his whole household.

Chapter 16
25And at midnight Paul and Silas prayed, and sang praises unto God: and the prisoners heard them. 26And suddenly there was a great earthquake, so that the foundations of the prison were shaken: and immediately all the doors were opened, and every one's bands were loosed. 27And the keeper of the prison awaking out of his sleep, and seeing the prison doors open, he drew out his sword, and would have killed himself, supposing that the prisoners had been fled. 28But Paul cried with a loud voice, saying, Do thyself no harm: for we are all here. 29Then he called for a light, and sprang in, and came trembling, and fell down before Paul and Silas, 30And brought them out, and said, Sirs, what must I do to be saved? 31And they said, Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved, and thy house. 32And they spake unto him the word of the Lord, and to all that were in his house. 33And he took them the same hour of the night, and washed their stripes; and was baptized, he and all his, straightway. 34And when he had brought them into his house, he set meat before them, and rejoiced, believing in God with all his house.Christian Standard Bible

Chapter 16
25Around midnight Paul and Silas were praying and singing hymns to God, and the other prisoners were listening. 26Suddenly, there was a massive earthquake, and the prison was shaken to its foundations. All the doors immediately flew open, and the chains of every prisoner fell off! 27The jailer woke up to see the prison doors wide open. He assumed the prisoners had escaped, so he drew his sword to kill himself. 28But Paul shouted to him, 'Stop! Don’t kill yourself! We are all here!'
29The jailer called for lights and ran to the dungeon and fell down trembling before Paul and Silas.
30Then he brought them out and asked, 'Sirs, what must I do to be saved?'
31They replied, 'Believe in the Lord Jesus and you will be saved, along with everyone in your household.'
32And they shared the word of the Lord with him and with all who lived in his household.
33Even at that hour of the night, the jailer cared for them and washed their wounds. Then he and everyone in his household were immediately baptized.
34He brought them into his house and set a meal before them, and he and his entire household rejoiced because they all believed in God.
