2
In those days, I, Daniel, had been mourning for three entire weeks.
3
I did not eat any tasty food, nor did meat or wine enter my mouth, nor did I use any ointment at all until the entire three weeks were completed.
King James Version

In those days I Daniel was mourning three full weeks.
3
I ate no pleasant bread, neither came flesh nor wine in my mouth, neither did I anoint myself at all, till three whole weeks were fulfilled.

Chapter 10
1
In the third year of the reign of King Cyrus of Persia, Daniel (also known as Belteshazzar) had another vision. He understood that the vision concerned events certain to happen in the future — times of war and great hardship.
2
When this vision came to me, I, Daniel, had been in mourning for three whole weeks.
3
All that time I had eaten no rich food. No meat or wine crossed my lips, and I used no fragrant lotions until those three weeks had passed.
English Standard Version
