Chapter 2
1Then He said to me, 'Son of man, stand on your feet, and I will speak with you.' 2And as He spoke to me the Spirit entered me and set me on my feet; and I heard Him speaking to me. 3Then He said to me, 'Son of man, I am sending you to the sons of Israel, to a rebellious people who have rebelled against Me; they and their fathers have revolted against Me to this very day. 4So I am sending you to those who are impudent and obstinate children, and you shall say to them, ‘This is what the Lord God says:’King James Version

1And he said unto me, Son of man, stand upon thy feet, and I will speak unto thee. 2And the spirit entered into me when he spake unto me, and set me upon my feet, that I heard him that spake unto me.
3And he said unto me, Son of man, I send thee to the children of Israel, to a rebellious nation that hath rebelled against me: they and their fathers have transgressed against me, even unto this very day.
4For they are impudent children and stiffhearted. I do send thee unto them; and thou shalt say unto them, Thus saith the Lord God.
