Ezekiel 32:8-19
New American Standard Bible
9I will also trouble the hearts of many peoples when I bring your destruction among the nations, into lands which you have not known.
10And I will make many peoples appalled at you, and their kings will be horribly afraid of you when I brandish My sword before them; and they will tremble again and again, every person for his own life, on the day of your fall.'
12By the swords of the warriors I will make your multitude fall; all of them are tyrants of the nations, And they will devastate the pride of Egypt, And all its multitude will be destroyed.
13I will also eliminate all its cattle from beside many waters; And a human foot will not muddy them anymore, And the hoofs of animals will not muddy them.
14Then I will make their waters settle, And make their rivers run like oil,' Declares the Lord God.
King James Version
10Yea, I will make many people amazed at thee, and their kings shall be horribly afraid for thee, when I shall brandish my sword before them; and they shall tremble at every moment, every man for his own life, in the day of thy fall.
11For thus saith the Lord God; The sword of the king of Babylon shall come upon thee.
16This is the lamentation wherewith they shall lament her: the daughters of the nations shall lament her: they shall lament for her, even for Egypt, and for all her multitude, saith the Lord God.
17It came to pass also in the twelfth year, in the fifteenth day of the month, that the word of the Lord came unto me, saying,
18Son of man, wail for the multitude of Egypt, and cast them down, even her, and the daughters of the famous nations, unto the nether parts of the earth, with them that go down into the pit.
19Whom dost thou pass in beauty? go down, and be thou laid with the uncircumcised.

Chapter 32
8I will darken all the shining lights in the heavens over you, and will bring darkness on your land. This is the declaration of the Lord God. 9"‘I will trouble the hearts of many peoples, when I bring about your destruction among the nations, in countries you have not known. 10I will cause many peoples to be appalled at you, and their kings will shudder with fear because of you when I brandish my sword in front of them. On the day of your downfall each of them will tremble every moment for his life.
11"‘For this is what the Lord God says: The sword of Babylon’s king will come against you!
12I will make your hordes fall by the swords of warriors, all of them ruthless men from the nations. They will ravage Egypt’s pride, and all its hordes will be destroyed.
13I will slaughter all its cattle that are beside many waters. No human foot will churn them again, and no cattle hooves will disturb them.
14Then I will let their waters settle and will make their rivers flow like oil. This is the declaration of the Lord God.
15When I make the land of Egypt a desolation, so that it is emptied of everything in it, when I strike down all who live there, then they will know that I am the Lord.
New Living Translation
9I will disturb many hearts when I bring news of your downfall to distant nations you have never seen.
10Yes, I will shock many lands, and their kings will be terrified at your fate. They will shudder in fear for their lives as I brandish my sword before them on the day of your fall.
11For this is what the Sovereign Lord says: 'The sword of the king of Babylon will come against you.
12I will destroy your hordes with the swords of mighty warriors — the terror of the nations. They will shatter the pride of Egypt, and all its hordes will be destroyed.
13I will destroy all your flocks and herds that graze beside the streams. Never again will people or animals muddy those waters with their feet.
14Then I will let the waters of Egypt become calm again, and they will flow as smoothly as olive oil, says the Sovereign Lord.
15And when I destroy Egypt and strip you of everything you own and strike down all your people, then you will know that I am the Lord.
16Yes, this is the funeral song they will sing for Egypt. Let all the nations mourn. Let them mourn for Egypt and its hordes. I, the Sovereign Lord, have spoken!'

Chapter 32
8All the bright lights of heaven will I make dark over you, and put darkness on your land, declares the Lord God. 9"I will trouble the hearts of many peoples, when I bring your destruction among the nations, into the countries that you have not known. 10I will make many peoples appalled at you, and the hair of their kings shall bristle with horror because of you, when I brandish my sword before them. They shall tremble every moment, every one for his own life, on the day of your downfall.
11"For thus says the Lord God: The sword of the king of Babylon shall come upon you.
12I will cause your multitude to fall by the swords of mighty ones, all of them most ruthless of nations. "They shall bring to ruin the pride of Egypt, and all its multitude shall perish.
13I will destroy all its beasts from beside many waters; and no foot of man shall trouble them anymore, nor shall the hoofs of beasts trouble them.
14Then I will make their waters clear, and cause their rivers to run like oil, declares the Lord God.
15When I make the land of Egypt desolate, and when the land is desolate of all that fills it, when I strike down all who dwell in it, then they will know that I am the Lord.
16This is a lamentation that shall be chanted; the daughters of the nations shall chant it; over Egypt, and over all her multitude, shall they chant it, declares the Lord God."

17In the twelfth year, on the fifteenth day of the month, the word of the Lord came to me:
18"Son of man, wail for the hordes of Egypt and consign to the earth below both her and the daughters of mighty nations, along with those who go down to the pit.
19Say to them, ‘Are you more favored than others? Go down and be laid among the uncircumcised.’
New King James Version

10Yes, I will make many peoples astonished at you, and their kings shall be horribly afraid of you when I brandish My sword before them; and they shall tremble every moment, every man for his own life, in the day of your fall.
12By the swords of the mighty warriors, all of them the most terrible of the nations, I will cause your multitude to fall. “They shall plunder the pomp of Egypt, And all its multitude shall be destroyed.

14Then I will make their waters clear, And make their rivers run like oil,” Says the Lord God.
15“When I make the land of Egypt desolate, And the country is destitute of all that once filled it, When I strike all who dwell in it, Then they shall know that I am the Lord.
