Chapter 4

12You shall eat it as a barley cake, having baked it in their sight over human dung.' 13Then the Lord said, 'In this way the sons of Israel will eat their bread unclean among the nations where I will scatter them.'

12And thou shalt eat it as barley cakes, and thou shalt bake it with dung that cometh out of man, in their sight. 13And the Lord said, Even thus shall the children of Israel eat their defiled bread among the Gentiles, whither I will drive them.

Chapter 4

12You will eat it as you would a barley cake and bake it over dried human excrement in their sight." 13The Lord said, "This is how the Israelites will eat their bread—ceremonially unclean—among the nations where I will banish them."

12Prepare and eat this food as you would barley cakes. While all the people are watching, bake it over a fire using dried human dung as fuel and then eat the bread.' 13Then the Lord said, 'This is how Israel will eat defiled bread in the Gentile lands to which I will banish them!'
