Then you shall direct your face toward the siege of Jerusalem with your arm bared, and prophesy against it.

Now behold, I will put ropes around you so that you cannot turn from your one side to your other until you have completed the days of your siege.

Meanwhile, keep staring at the siege of Jerusalem. Lie there with your arm bared and prophesy her destruction.
