Ezekiel 42:6-8
New American Standard Bible
Chapter 42
6For they were in three stories and had no pillars like the pillars of the courtyards; for that reason the upper chambers were set back from the ground upward, more than the lower and middle ones. 7As for the outer wall by the side of the chambers, toward the outer courtyard facing the chambers, its length was fifty cubits. 8For the length of the chambers which were in the outer courtyard was fifty cubits; and behold, the length of those facing the main room was a hundred cubits.King James Version
Chapter 42
6For they were in three stories, but had not pillars as the pillars of the courts: therefore the building was straitened more than the lowest and the middlemost from the ground. 7And the wall that was without over against the chambers, toward the utter court on the forepart of the chambers, the length thereof was fifty cubits. 8For the length of the chambers that were in the utter court was fifty cubits: and, lo, before the temple were an hundred cubits.Christian Standard Bible
Chapter 42
6For they were arranged in three stories and had no pillars like the pillars of the courts; therefore the upper chambers were set back from the ground more than the lower and middle stories. 7A wall on the outside ran in front of the chambers, parallel to them, toward the outer court; it was 87½ feet long. 8For the chambers on the outer court were 87½ feet long, while those facing the great hall were 175 feet long.New Living Translation
Chapter 42
6Since there were three levels and they did not have supporting columns as in the courtyards, each of the upper levels was set back from the level beneath it. 7There was an outer wall that separated the rooms from the outer courtyard; it was 87 1/2 feet long. 8This wall added length to the outer block of rooms, which extended for only 87 1/2 feet, while the inner block — the rooms toward the Temple — extended for 175 feet.English Standard Version
Chapter 42
6For they were in three stories, and they had no pillars like the pillars of the courts. Thus the upper chambers were set back from the ground more than the lower and the middle ones. 7And there was a wall outside parallel to the chambers, toward the outer court, opposite the chambers, fifty cubits long. 8For the chambers on the outer court were fifty cubits long, while those opposite the nave were a hundred cubits long.New International Version
Chapter 42
6The rooms on the top floor had no pillars, as the courts had; so they were smaller in floor space than those on the lower and middle floors. 7There was an outer wall parallel to the rooms and the outer court; it extended in front of the rooms for fifty cubits. 8While the row of rooms on the side next to the outer court was fifty cubits long, the row on the side nearest the sanctuary was a hundred cubits long.New King James Version
