Ezekiel 7:14-18
New American Standard Bible
Chapter 7
14‘They have blown the trumpet and made everything ready, but no one is going to the battle, for My wrath is against all their multitude. 15The sword is outside the city and the plague and the famine are within. Anyone who is in the field will die by the sword, while famine and the plague will consume those in the city. 16Even when their survivors escape, they will be on the mountains like doves of the valleys, all of them moaning, each over his own wrongdoing. 17All hands will hang limp, and all knees will drip with water. 18They will put on sackcloth and shuddering will overwhelm them; and shame will be on all faces, and a bald patch on all their heads.King James Version
Chapter 7
14They have blown the trumpet, even to make all ready; but none goeth to the battle: for my wrath is upon all the multitude thereof. 15The sword is without, and the pestilence and the famine within: he that is in the field shall die with the sword; and he that is in the city, famine and pestilence shall devour him. 16But they that escape of them shall escape, and shall be on the mountains like doves of the valleys, all of them mourning, every one for his iniquity. 17All hands shall be feeble, and all knees shall be weak as water. 18They shall also gird themselves with sackcloth, and horror shall cover them; and shame shall be upon all faces, and baldness upon all their heads.Christian Standard Bible
15The sword is on the outside; plague and famine are on the inside. Whoever is in the field will die by the sword, and famine and plague will devour whoever is in the city.
16The survivors among them will escape and live on the mountains. Like doves of the valley, all of them will moan, each over his own iniquity.
17All their hands will become weak, and all their knees will run with urine.
New Living Translation
Chapter 7
14'The trumpet calls Israel’s army to mobilize, but no one listens, for my fury is against them all. 15There is war outside the city and disease and famine within. Those outside the city walls will be killed by enemy swords. Those inside the city will die of famine and disease. 16The survivors who escape to the mountains will moan like doves, weeping for their sins. 17Their hands will hang limp, their knees will be weak as water. 18They will dress themselves in burlap; horror and shame will cover them. They will shave their heads in sorrow and remorse.English Standard Version

14" ‘They have blown the trumpet, they have made all things ready, but no one will go into battle, for my wrath is on the whole crowd. 15Outside is the sword; inside are plague and famine. Those in the country will die by the sword; those in the city will be devoured by famine and plague. 16The fugitives who escape will flee to the mountains.
