Chapter 21

5Now Abraham was a hundred years old when his son Isaac was born to him. 6Sarah said, 'God has made laughter for me; everyone who hears will laugh with me.' 7And she said, 'Who would have said to Abraham that Sarah would nurse children? Yet I have given birth to a son in his old age.'
8And the child grew and was weaned, and Abraham held a great feast on the day that Isaac was weaned.

5And Abraham was an hundred years old, when his son Isaac was born unto him.
6And Sarah said, God hath made me to laugh, so that all that hear will laugh with me. 7And she said, Who would have said unto Abraham, that Sarah should have given children suck? for I have born him a son in his old age.
8And the child grew, and was weaned: and Abraham made a great feast the same day that Isaac was weaned.

5Abraham was 100 years old when Isaac was born.
6And Sarah declared, 'God has brought me laughter. All who hear about this will laugh with me. 7Who would have said to Abraham that Sarah would nurse a baby? Yet I have given Abraham a son in his old age!'
8When Isaac grew up and was about to be weaned, Abraham prepared a huge feast to celebrate the occasion.
