New American Standard Bible
Chapter 45
16Now when the news was heard in Pharaoh’s house that Joseph’s brothers had come, it pleased Pharaoh and his servants. 17Then Pharaoh said to Joseph, 'Say to your brothers, ‘Do this: load your livestock and go to the land of Canaan, 18and take your father and your households and come to me; and I will give you the best of the land of Egypt, and you will eat the fat of the land.’ 19Now you are ordered, ‘Do this: take wagons from the land of Egypt for your little ones and for your wives, and bring your father and come. 20And do not concern yourselves with your property, for the best of all the land of Egypt is yours.’?'
21Then the sons of Israel did so; and Joseph gave them wagons according to the command of Pharaoh, and gave them provisions for the journey.
22To each of them he gave changes of garments, but to Benjamin he gave three hundred pieces of silver and five changes of garments.
23And to his father he sent the following: ten male donkeys loaded with the best things of Egypt, ten female donkeys loaded with grain, bread, and sustenance for his father on the journey.
24So he sent his brothers away, and as they departed, he said to them, 'Do not quarrel on the journey.'
25Then they went up from Egypt, and came to the land of Canaan, to their father Jacob.
26And they told him, saying, 'Joseph is still alive, and indeed he is ruler over all the land of Egypt.' But he was stunned, for he did not believe them.
27When they told him all the words of Joseph that he had spoken to them, and when he saw the wagons that Joseph had sent to carry him, then the spirit of their father Jacob revived.
28Then Israel said, 'It is enough; my son Joseph is still alive. I will go and see him before I die.'

Chapter 45
16And the fame thereof was heard in Pharaoh's house, saying, Joseph's brethren are come: and it pleased Pharaoh well, and his servants. 17And Pharaoh said unto Joseph, Say unto thy brethren, This do ye; lade your beasts, and go, get you unto the land of Canaan; 18And take your father and your households, and come unto me: and I will give you the good of the land of Egypt, and ye shall eat the fat of the land. 19Now thou art commanded, this do ye; take you wagons out of the land of Egypt for your little ones, and for your wives, and bring your father, and come. 20Also regard not your stuff; for the good of all the land of Egypt is yours.
21And the children of Israel did so: and Joseph gave them wagons, according to the commandment of Pharaoh, and gave them provision for the way.
22To all of them he gave each man changes of raiment; but to Benjamin he gave three hundred pieces of silver, and five changes of raiment.
23And to his father he sent after this manner; ten asses laden with the good things of Egypt, and ten she asses laden with corn and bread and meat for his father by the way.
24So he sent his brethren away, and they departed: and he said unto them, See that ye fall not out by the way.
25And they went up out of Egypt, and came into the land of Canaan unto Jacob their father,
26And told him, saying, Joseph is yet alive, and he is governor over all the land of Egypt. And Jacob's heart fainted, for he believed them not.
27And they told him all the words of Joseph, which he had said unto them: and when he saw the wagons which Joseph had sent to carry him, the spirit of Jacob their father revived:
28And Israel said, It is enough; Joseph my son is yet alive: I will go and see him before I die.

Chapter 45
16When the news reached Pharaoh’s palace, "Joseph’s brothers have come," Pharaoh and his servants were pleased. 17Pharaoh said to Joseph, "Tell your brothers, ‘Do this: Load your animals and go on back to the land of Canaan. 18Get your father and your families, and come back to me. I will give you the best of the land of Egypt, and you can eat from the richness of the land.’ 19You are also commanded to tell them, ‘Do this: Take wagons from the land of Egypt for your dependents and your wives and bring your father here. 20Do not be concerned about your belongings, for the best of all the land of Egypt is yours.’"
21The sons of Israel did this. Joseph gave them wagons as Pharaoh had commanded, and he gave them provisions for the journey.
22He gave each of the brothers changes of clothes, but he gave Benjamin three hundred pieces of silver and five changes of clothes.
23He sent his father the following: ten donkeys carrying the best products of Egypt and ten female donkeys carrying grain, food, and provisions for his father on the journey.
24So Joseph sent his brothers on their way, and as they were leaving, he said to them, "Don’t argue on the way."
25So they went up from Egypt and came to their father Jacob in the land of Canaan.
26They said, "Joseph is still alive, and he is ruler over all the land of Egypt!" Jacob was stunned, for he did not believe them.
27But when they told Jacob all that Joseph had said to them, and when he saw the wagons that Joseph had sent to transport him, the spirit of their father Jacob revived.
New Living Translation
17Pharaoh said to Joseph, 'Tell your brothers, ‘This is what you must do: Load your pack animals, and hurry back to the land of Canaan.
18Then get your father and all of your families, and return here to me. I will give you the very best land in Egypt, and you will eat from the best that the land produces.’'
19Then Pharaoh said to Joseph, 'Tell your brothers, ‘Take wagons from the land of Egypt to carry your little children and your wives, and bring your father here.
20Don’t worry about your personal belongings, for the best of all the land of Egypt is yours.’'
21So the sons of Jacob did as they were told. Joseph provided them with wagons, as Pharaoh had commanded, and he gave them supplies for the journey.
22And he gave each of them new clothes — but to Benjamin he gave five changes of clothes and 300 pieces of silver.
23He also sent his father ten male donkeys loaded with the finest products of Egypt, and ten female donkeys loaded with grain and bread and other supplies he would need on his journey.
24So Joseph sent his brothers off, and as they left, he called after them, 'Don’t quarrel about all this along the way!'
25And they left Egypt and returned to their father, Jacob, in the land of Canaan.
