Chapter 14
25to break Assyria in My land, and I will trample him on My mountains. Then his yoke will be removed from them, and his burden removed from their shoulders. 26This is the plan devised against the entire earth; and this is the hand that is stretched out against all the nations. 27For the Lord of armies has planned, and who can frustrate it? And as for His stretched-out hand, who can turn it back?'King James Version
27For the Lord of hosts hath purposed, and who shall disannul it? and his hand is stretched out, and who shall turn it back?
28In the year that king Ahaz died was this burden.
29Rejoice not thou, whole Palestina, because the rod of him that smote thee is broken: for out of the serpent's root shall come forth a cockatrice, and his fruit shall be a fiery flying serpent.
