Who among all the gods of these lands have saved their land from my hand, that the
Lord
would save Jerusalem from my hand?’?'

But they were silent and did not answer him
so much as
a word; for the king’s command was, 'Do not answer him.'

Who are they among all the gods of these lands, that have delivered their land out of my hand, that the
Lord
should deliver Jerusalem out of my hand?

But they held their peace, and answered him not a word: for the king's commandment was, saying, Answer him not.

Who among all the gods of these lands ever rescued his land from my power? So will the
Lord
rescue Jerusalem from my power?"

But they kept silent; they didn’t say anything, for the king’s command was, "Don’t answer him."

What god of any nation has ever been able to save its people from my power? So what makes you think that the
Lord
can rescue Jerusalem from me?'
