Chapter 37

5God thunders wondrously with His voice, Doing great things which we do not comprehend. 6For to the snow He says, ‘Fall on the earth,’ And to the downpour and the rain, ‘Be strong.’ 7He seals the hand of every person, So that all people may know His work.

Chapter 37

5God thundereth marvellously with his voice; great things doeth he, which we cannot comprehend.
6For he saith to the snow, Be thou on the earth; likewise to the small rain, and to the great rain of his strength.
7He sealeth up the hand of every man; that all men may know his work.

5God thunders wondrously with his voice; he does great things that we cannot comprehend. 6For he says to the snow, "Fall to the earth," and the torrential rains, his mighty torrential rains, 7serve as his sign to all mankind, so that all men may know his work.

5God’s voice is glorious in the thunder. We can’t even imagine the greatness of his power.
6'He directs the snow to fall on the earth and tells the rain to pour down. 7Then everyone stops working so they can watch his power.
