Chapter 13

25He then simply leaned back on Jesus’ chest and *said to Him, 'Lord, who is it?' 26Jesus then *answered, 'That man is the one for whom I shall dip the piece of bread and give it to him.' So when He had dipped the piece of bread, He *took and *gave it to Judas, the son of Simon Iscariot. 27After this, Satan then entered him. Therefore Jesus *said to him, 'What you are doing, do it quickly.' 28Now none of those reclining at the table knew for what purpose He had said this to him.

25He then lying on Jesus' breast saith unto him, Lord, who is it? 26Jesus answered, He it is, to whom I shall give a sop, when I have dipped it. And when he had dipped the sop, he gave it to Judas Iscariot, the son of Simon. 27And after the sop Satan entered into him. Then said Jesus unto him, That thou doest, do quickly. 28Now no man at the table knew for what intent he spake this unto him.
