Chapter 18
13You shall not uncover the nakedness of your mother’s sister, for she is your mother’s blood relative. 14You shall not uncover the nakedness of your father’s brother. You shall not approach his wife; she is your aunt. 15You shall not uncover the nakedness of your daughter-in-law. She is your son’s wife; you shall not uncover her nakedness. 16You shall not uncover the nakedness of your brother’s wife; it is your brother’s nakedness. 17You shall not uncover the nakedness of a woman and of her daughter, nor shall you take her son’s daughter or her daughter’s daughter, to uncover her nakedness; they are blood relatives. It is an outrageous sin. 18And you shall not marry a woman in addition to her sister as a second wife while she is alive, to uncover her nakedness.
19‘Also you shall not approach a woman to uncover her nakedness during her menstrual impurity.
20And you shall not have sexual intercourse with your neighbor’s wife, to be defiled with her.
21You shall not give any of your children to offer them to Molech, nor shall you profane the name of your God; I am the Lord.
22You shall not sleep with a male as one sleeps with a female; it is an abomination.
23Also you shall not have sexual intercourse with any animal to be defiled with it, nor shall any woman stand before an animal to mate with it; it is a perversion.
24‘Do not defile yourselves by any of these things; for by all these things the nations which I am driving out from you have become defiled.
25For the land has become defiled, therefore I have brought its punishment upon it, so the land has vomited out its inhabitants.
26But as for you, you are to keep My statutes and My judgments, and you shall not do any of these abominations, neither the native, nor the stranger who resides among you
27(for the people of the land who were there before you did all these abominations, and the land has become defiled),
28so that the land will not vomit you out should you defile it, as it has vomited out the nation which was there before you.
29For whoever does any of these abominations, those persons who do so shall be cut off from among their people.
30So you are to keep your commitment to Me not to practice any of the abominable customs which have been practiced before you, so that you do not defile yourselves with them; I am the Lord your God.’?'

20Moreover thou shalt not lie carnally with thy neighbour's wife, to defile thyself with her.
21And thou shalt not let any of thy seed pass through the fire to Molech, neither shalt thou profane the name of thy God: I am the Lord.
22Thou shalt not lie with mankind, as with womankind: it is abomination.
23Neither shalt thou lie with any beast to defile thyself therewith: neither shall any woman stand before a beast to lie down thereto: it is confusion.
24Defile not ye yourselves in any of these things: for in all these the nations are defiled which I cast out before you:
25And the land is defiled: therefore I do visit the iniquity thereof upon it, and the land itself vomiteth out her inhabitants.
26Ye shall therefore keep my statutes and my judgments, and shall not commit any of these abominations; neither any of your own nation, nor any stranger that sojourneth among you:
27For all these abominations have the men of the land done, which were before you, and the land is defiled;)
28That the land spue not you out also, when ye defile it, as it spued out the nations that were before you.
29For whosoever shall commit any of these abominations, even the souls that commit them shall be cut off from among their people.
30Therefore shall ye keep mine ordinance, that ye commit not any one of these abominable customs, which were committed before you, and that ye defile not yourselves therein: I am the Lord your God.

Chapter 18
13You are not to have sexual intercourse with your mother’s sister, for she is your mother’s close relative. 14You are not to violate the intimacy that belongs to your father’s brother by approaching his wife to have sexual intercourse; she is your aunt. 15You are not to have sexual intercourse with your daughter-in-law. She is your son’s wife; you are not to have sex with her. 16You are not to have sexual intercourse with your brother’s wife; she is your brother’s family. 17You are not to have sexual intercourse with a woman and her daughter. You are not to marry her son’s daughter or her daughter’s daughter and have sex with her. They are close relatives; it is depraved. 18You are not to marry a woman as a rival to her sister and have sexual intercourse with her during her sister’s lifetime.
19"You are not to approach a woman during her menstrual impurity to have sexual intercourse with her.
20You are not to have sexual intercourse with your neighbor’s wife, defiling yourself with her.
21"You are not to sacrifice any of your children in the fire to Molech. Do not profane the name of your God; I am the Lord.
22You are not to sleep with a man as with a woman; it is detestable.
23You are not to have sexual intercourse with any animal, defiling yourself with it; a woman is not to present herself to an animal to mate with it; it is a perversion.
24"Do not defile yourselves by any of these practices, for the nations I am driving out before you have defiled themselves by all these things.
25The land has become defiled, so I am punishing it for its iniquity, and the land will vomit out its inhabitants.
26But you are to keep my statutes and ordinances. You must not commit any of these detestable acts—not the native or the alien who resides among you.
27For the people who were in the land prior to you have committed all these detestable acts, and the land has become defiled.
28If you defile the land, it will vomit you out as it has vomited out the nations that were before you.
29Any person who does any of these detestable practices is to be cut off from his people.
30You must keep my instruction to not do any of the detestable customs that were practiced before you, so that you do not defile yourselves by them; I am the Lord your God."
New Living Translation
Chapter 18
13Do not have sexual relations with your mother’s sister, for she is your mother’s close relative.
24Do not defile yourselves in any of these ways, for the people I am driving out before you have defiled themselves in all these ways.
25Because the entire land has become defiled, I am punishing the people who live there. I will cause the land to vomit them out.
26You must obey all my decrees and regulations. You must not commit any of these detestable sins. This applies both to native-born Israelites and to the foreigners living among you.
27All these detestable activities are practiced by the people of the land where I am taking you, and this is how the land has become defiled.
28So do not defile the land and give it a reason to vomit you out, as it will vomit out the people who live there now.
29Whoever commits any of these detestable sins will be cut off from the community of Israel.
30So obey my instructions, and do not defile yourselves by committing any of these detestable practices that were committed by the people who lived in the land before you. I am the Lord your God.'

28lest the land vomit you out when you make it unclean, as it vomited out the nation that was before you.
29For everyone who does any of these abominations, the persons who do them shall be cut off from among their people.
30So keep my charge never to practice any of these abominable customs that were practiced before you, and never to make yourselves unclean by them: I am the Lord your God."
