Chapter 10

36Which of these three do you think proved to be a neighbor to the man who fell into the robbers’ hands?' 37And he said, 'The one who showed compassion to him.' Then Jesus said to him, 'Go and do the same.'
38Now as they were traveling along, He entered a village; and a woman named Martha welcomed Him into her home. 39And she had a sister called Mary, who was also seated at the Lord’s feet, and was listening to His word.

36Which now of these three, thinkest thou, was neighbour unto him that fell among the thieves? 37And he said, He that shewed mercy on him. Then said Jesus unto him, Go, and do thou likewise.
