Chapter 6

37Do not judge, and you will not be judged; and do not condemn, and you will not be condemned; pardon, and you will be pardoned. 38Give, and it will be given to you. They will pour into your lap a good measure—pressed down, shaken together, and running over. For by your standard of measure it will be measured to you in return.'
39Now He also spoke a parable to them: 'A person who is blind cannot guide another who is blind, can he? Will they not both fall into a pit? 40A student is not above the teacher; but everyone, when he has been fully trained, will be like his teacher.

37Judge not, and ye shall not be judged: condemn not, and ye shall not be condemned: forgive, and ye shall be forgiven: 38Give, and it shall be given unto you; good measure, pressed down, and shaken together, and running over, shall men give into your bosom. For with the same measure that ye mete withal it shall be measured to you again. 39And he spake a parable unto them, Can the blind lead the blind shall they not both fall into the ditch 40The disciple is not above his master: but every one that is perfect shall be as his master.

39Then Jesus gave the following illustration: 'Can one blind person lead another? Won’t they both fall into a ditch? 40Students are not greater than their teacher. But the student who is fully trained will become like the teacher.
