Mark 16:2-15
New American Standard Bible
Chapter 16
2And very early on the first day of the week, they *came to the tomb when the sun had risen. 3They were saying to one another, 'Who will roll away the stone from the entrance of the tomb for us?' 4And looking up, they *noticed that the stone had been rolled away; for it was extremely large. 5And entering the tomb, they saw a young man sitting at the right, wearing a white robe; and they were amazed. 6But he *said to them, 'Do not be amazed; you are looking for Jesus the Nazarene, who has been crucified. He has risen; He is not here; see, here is the place where they laid Him. 7But go, tell His disciples and Peter, ‘He is going ahead of you to Galilee; there you will see Him, just as He told you.’?' 8And they went out and fled from the tomb, for trembling and astonishment had gripped them; and they said nothing to anyone, for they were afraid.
9[[ Now after He had risen early on the first day of the week, He first appeared to Mary Magdalene, from whom He had cast out seven demons.
10She went and reported to those who had been with Him, while they were mourning and weeping.
11And when they heard that He was alive and had been seen by her, they refused to believe it.
12Now after that, He appeared in a different form to two of them while they were walking along on their way to the country.
13And they went away and reported it to the rest, but they did not believe them, either.
14Later He appeared to the eleven disciples themselves as they were reclining at the table; and He reprimanded them for their unbelief and hardness of heart, because they had not believed those who had seen Him after He had risen from the dead.
15And He said to them, 'Go into all the world and preach the gospel to all creation.

Chapter 16
2And very early in the morning the first day of the week, they came unto the sepulchre at the rising of the sun. 3And they said among themselves, Who shall roll us away the stone from the door of the sepulchre? 4And when they looked, they saw that the stone was rolled away: for it was very great. 5And entering into the sepulchre, they saw a young man sitting on the right side, clothed in a long white garment; and they were affrighted. 6And he saith unto them, Be not affrighted: Ye seek Jesus of Nazareth, which was crucified: he is risen; he is not here: behold the place where they laid him. 7But go your way, tell his disciples and Peter that he goeth before you into Galilee: there shall ye see him, as he said unto you. 8And they went out quickly, and fled from the sepulchre; for they trembled and were amazed: neither said they any thing to any man; for they were afraid.
9Now when Jesus was risen early the first day of the week, he appeared first to Mary Magdalene, out of whom he had cast seven devils.
10And she went and told them that had been with him, as they mourned and wept.
11And they, when they had heard that he was alive, and had been seen of her, believed not.

Chapter 16
2Very early in the morning, on the first day of the week, they went to the tomb at sunrise. 3They were saying to one another, "Who will roll away the stone from the entrance to the tomb for us?" 4Looking up, they noticed that the stone—which was very large—had been rolled away.
5When they entered the tomb, they saw a young man dressed in a white robe sitting on the right side; they were alarmed.
6"Don’t be alarmed," he told them. "You are looking for Jesus of Nazareth, who was crucified. He has risen! He is not here. See the place where they put him.
7But go, tell his disciples and Peter, ‘He is going ahead of you to Galilee; you will see him there just as he told you.’"
8They went out and ran from the tomb, because trembling and astonishment overwhelmed them. And they said nothing to anyone, since they were afraid. [Some of the earliest mss conclude with 16:8.] [
9Early on the first day of the week, after he had risen, he appeared first to Mary Magdalene, out of whom he had driven seven demons.
10She went and reported to those who had been with him, as they were mourning and weeping.
11Yet, when they heard that he was alive and had been seen by her, they did not believe it.

Chapter 16
2Very early on Sunday morning, just at sunrise, they went to the tomb. 3On the way they were asking each other, 'Who will roll away the stone for us from the entrance to the tomb?' 4But as they arrived, they looked up and saw that the stone, which was very large, had already been rolled aside.
5When they entered the tomb, they saw a young man clothed in a white robe sitting on the right side. The women were shocked,
6but the angel said, 'Don’t be alarmed. You are looking for Jesus of Nazareth, who was crucified. He isn’t here! He is risen from the dead! Look, this is where they laid his body.
7Now go and tell his disciples, including Peter, that Jesus is going ahead of you to Galilee. You will see him there, just as he told you before he died.'
9After Jesus rose from the dead early on Sunday morning, the first person who saw him was Mary Magdalene, the woman from whom he had cast out seven demons.
10She went to the disciples, who were grieving and weeping, and told them what had happened.
11But when she told them that Jesus was alive and she had seen him, they didn’t believe her.
