Chapter 7
21For from within, out of the hearts of people, come the evil thoughts, acts of sexual immorality, thefts, murders, acts of adultery, 22deeds of greed, wickedness, deceit, indecent behavior, envy, slander, pride, and foolishness. 23All these evil things come from within and defile the person.'
24Now Jesus got up and went from there to the region of Tyre . And when He had entered a house, He wanted no one to know about it; and yet He could not escape notice.
25But after hearing about Him, a woman whose little daughter had an unclean spirit immediately came and fell at His feet.
26Now the woman was a Gentile, of Syrophoenician descent. And she repeatedly asked Him to cast the demon out of her daughter.

24He got up and departed from there to the region of Tyre. He entered a house and did not want anyone to know it, but he could not escape notice.
25Instead, immediately after hearing about him, a woman whose little daughter had an unclean spirit came and fell at his feet.
26The woman was a Gentile, a Syrophoenician by birth, and she was asking him to cast the demon out of her daughter.

24Jesus left that place and went to the vicinity of Tyre. He entered a house and did not want anyone to know it; yet he could not keep his presence secret.
25In fact, as soon as she heard about him, a woman whose little daughter was possessed by an impure spirit came and fell at his feet.
26The woman was a Greek, born in Syrian Phoenicia. She begged Jesus to drive the demon out of her daughter.
