Chapter 11

1When Jesus had finished giving instructions to His twelve disciples, He went on from there to teach and preach in their cities.
2Now while in prison, John heard about the works of Christ, and he sent word by his disciples, 3and said to Him, 'Are You the Coming One, or are we to look for someone else?' 4Jesus answered and said to them, 'Go and report to John what you hear and see:

1And it came to pass, when Jesus had made an end of commanding his twelve disciples, he departed thence to teach and to preach in their cities.
2Now when John had heard in the prison the works of Christ, he sent two of his disciples, 3And said unto him, Art thou he that should come, or do we look for another? 4Jesus answered and said unto them, Go and shew John again those things which ye do hear and see:
