Chapter 28
4You shall offer the one lamb in the morning, and the other lamb you shall offer at twilight; 5also a tenth of an ephah of fine flour as a grain offering, mixed with a fourth of a hin of pure oil. 6It is a continual burnt offering which was ordained on Mount Sinai as a soothing aroma, an offering by fire to the Lord. 7Then the drink offering with it shall be a fourth of a hin for each lamb; in the Holy Place pour out a drink offering of strong drink to the Lord. 8The other lamb you shall offer at twilight; as the grain offering of the morning and as its drink offering, you shall offer it, an offering by fire, a soothing aroma to the Lord.King James Version

4The one lamb shalt thou offer in the morning, and the other lamb shalt thou offer at even; 5And a tenth part of an ephah of flour for a meat offering, mingled with the fourth part of an hin of beaten oil. 6It is a continual burnt offering, which was ordained in mount Sinai for a sweet savour, a sacrifice made by fire unto the Lord.
7And the drink offering thereof shall be the fourth part of an hin for the one lamb: in the holy place shalt thou cause the strong wine to be poured unto the Lord for a drink offering.
8And the other lamb shalt thou offer at even: as the meat offering of the morning, and as the drink offering thereof, thou shalt offer it, a sacrifice made by fire, of a sweet savour unto the Lord.
9And on the sabbath day two lambs of the first year without spot, and two tenth deals of flour for a meat offering, mingled with oil, and the drink offering thereof:
10This is the burnt offering of every sabbath, beside the continual burnt offering, and his drink offering.
11And in the beginnings of your months ye shall offer a burnt offering unto the Lord; two young bullocks, and one ram, seven lambs of the first year without spot;

4Offer one lamb in the morning and the other lamb at twilight, 5along with two quarts of fine flour for a grain offering mixed with a quart of olive oil from crushed olives. 6It is a regular burnt offering established at Mount Sinai for a pleasing aroma, a fire offering to the Lord. 7The drink offering is to be a quart with each lamb. Pour out the offering of beer to the Lord in the sanctuary area. 8Offer the second lamb at twilight, along with the same kind of grain offering and drink offering as in the morning. It is a fire offering, a pleasing aroma to the Lord.New Living Translation

4Sacrifice one lamb in the morning and the other in the evening. 5With each lamb you must offer a grain offering of two quarts of choice flour mixed with one quart of pure oil of pressed olives. 6This is the regular burnt offering instituted at Mount Sinai as a special gift, a pleasing aroma to the Lord. 7Along with it you must present the proper liquid offering of one quart of alcoholic drink with each lamb, poured out in the Holy Place as an offering to the Lord. 8Offer the second lamb in the evening with the same grain offering and liquid offering. It, too, is a special gift, a pleasing aroma to the Lord.
9On the Sabbath day, sacrifice two one-year-old male lambs with no defects. They must be accompanied by a grain offering of four quarts of choice flour moistened with olive oil, and a liquid offering.
10This is the burnt offering to be presented each Sabbath day, in addition to the regular burnt offering and its accompanying liquid offering.

This is a food offering, an aroma pleasing to the Lord.
