Proverbs 3:28-34
New American Standard Bible
Chapter 3
28Do not say to your neighbor, 'Go, and come back, And tomorrow I will give it to you,' When you have it with you. 29Do not devise harm against your neighbor, While he lives securely beside you. 30Do not contend with a person for no reason, If he has done you no harm. 31Do not envy a violent person, And do not choose any of his ways. 32For the devious are an abomination to the Lord; But He is intimate with the upright. 33The curse of the Lord is on the house of the wicked, But He blesses the home of the righteous. 34Though He scoffs at the scoffers, Yet He gives grace to the needy.King James Version

Chapter 3
28Don’t say to your neighbor, "Go away! Come back later. I’ll give it tomorrow"—when it is there with you. 29Don’t plan any harm against your neighbor, for he trusts you and lives near you. 30Don’t accuse anyone without cause, when he has done you no harm. 31Don’t envy a violent man or choose any of his ways; 32for the devious are detestable to the Lord, but he is a friend to the upright. 33The Lord’s curse is on the household of the wicked, but he blesses the home of the righteous; 34He mocks those who mock, but gives grace to the humble.New Living Translation

Chapter 3
28 Do not say to your neighbor, "Go, and come again, tomorrow I will give it" — when you have it with you. 29 Do not plan evil against your neighbor, who dwells trustingly beside you. 30 Do not contend with a man for no reason, when he has done you no harm. 31 Do not envy a man of violence and do not choose any of his ways, 32for the devious person is an abomination to the Lord, but the upright are in his confidence. 33 The Lord 's curse is on the house of the wicked, but he blesses the dwelling of the righteous. 34Toward the scorners he is scornful, but to the humble he gives favor.New International Version
