New American Standard Bible
Chapter 5
6 She does not ponder the path of life; Her ways are unstable, she does not know it. 7Now then, my sons, listen to me And do not turn away from the words of my mouth. 8Keep your way far from her, And do not go near the door of her house, 9Otherwise you will give your vigor to others, And your years to the cruel one; 10And strangers will be filled with your strength, And your hard-earned possessions will go to the house of a foreigner;King James Version

Chapter 5
6She doesn’t consider the path of life; she doesn’t know that her ways are unstable. 7So now, sons, listen to me, and don’t turn away from the words from my mouth. 8Keep your way far from her. Don’t go near the door of her house. 9Otherwise, you will give up your vitality to others and your years to someone cruel; 10strangers will drain your resources, and your hard-earned pay will end up in a foreigner’s house.New Living Translation
7So now, my sons, listen to me. Never stray from what I am about to say:
8Stay away from her! Don’t go near the door of her house!
9If you do, you will lose your honor and will lose to merciless people all you have achieved.
10Strangers will consume your wealth, and someone else will enjoy the fruit of your labor.
