Psalms 108:5-13
New American Standard Bible
Chapter 108
5Be exalted above the heavens, God, And may Your glory be above all the earth. 6So that Your beloved may be rescued, Save with Your right hand, and answer me! 7God has spoken in His holiness: 'I will triumph, I will divide up Shechem, And measure out the Valley of Succoth. 8Gilead is Mine, Manasseh is Mine; Ephraim also is the helmet of My head; Judah is My scepter. 9Moab is My washbowl; I will throw My sandal over Edom; I will shout aloud over Philistia.' 10Who will bring me into the fortified city? Who will lead me to Edom? 11God, have You Yourself not rejected us? And will You not go forth with our armies, God? 12Give us help against the enemy, For deliverance by man is worthless. 13 Through God we will do valiantly, And it is He who will trample down our enemies.King James Version
Christian Standard Bible
6Save with your right hand and answer me so that those you love may be rescued.
7God has spoken in his sanctuary: "I will celebrate! I will divide up Shechem. I will apportion the Valley of Succoth.
8Gilead is mine, Manasseh is mine, and Ephraim is my helmet; Judah is my scepter.
9Moab is my washbasin; I throw my sandal on Edom. I shout in triumph over Philistia."
10Who will bring me to the fortified city? Who will lead me to Edom?
11God, haven’t you rejected us? God, you do not march out with our armies.
12Give us aid against the foe, for human help is worthless.
13With God we will perform valiantly; he will trample our foes.
New Living Translation
6Now rescue your beloved people. Answer and save us by your power.
7God has promised this by his holiness : 'I will divide up Shechem with joy. I will measure out the valley of Succoth.
8Gilead is mine, and Manasseh, too. Ephraim, my helmet, will produce my warriors, and Judah, my scepter, will produce my kings.
9But Moab, my washbasin, will become my servant, and I will wipe my feet on Edom and shout in triumph over Philistia.'
10Who will bring me into the fortified city? Who will bring me victory over Edom?
11Have you rejected us, O God? Will you no longer march with our armies?
12Oh, please help us against our enemies, for all human help is useless.
13With God’s help we will do mighty things, for he will trample down our foes.

5Be exalted, O God, above the heavens! Let your glory be over all the earth! 6 That your beloved ones may be delivered, give salvation by your right hand and answer me! 7God has promised in his holiness: "With exultation I will divide up Shechem and portion out the Valley of Succoth. 8Gilead is mine; Manasseh is mine; Ephraim is my helmet, Judah my scepter. 9Moab is my washbasin; upon Edom I cast my shoe; over Philistia I shout in triumph." 10Who will bring me to the fortified city? Who will lead me to Edom? 11Have you not rejected us, O God? You do not go out, O God, with our armies. 12Oh grant us help against the foe, for vain is the salvation of man! 13With God we shall do valiantly; it is he who will tread down our foes.New International Version
Chapter 108
5Be exalted, O God, above the heavens; let your glory be over all the earth. 6Save us and help us with your right hand, that those you love may be delivered. 7God has spoken from his sanctuary: "In triumph I will parcel out Shechem and measure off the Valley of Sukkoth. 8Gilead is mine, Manasseh is mine; Ephraim is my helmet, Judah is my scepter.
9Moab is my washbasin, on Edom I toss my sandal; over Philistia I shout in triumph."
10Who will bring me to the fortified city? Who will lead me to Edom?
11Is it not you, God, you who have rejected us and no longer go out with our armies?
12Give us aid against the enemy, for human help is worthless.
13With God we will gain the victory, and he will trample down our enemies.
