Psalms 109:9-22
New American Standard Bible
Chapter 109
9May his children be fatherless, And his wife a widow. 10May his children wander about and beg; And may they seek sustenance far from their ruined homes. 11May the creditor seize everything that he has, And may strangers plunder the product of his labor. 12May there be none to extend kindness to him, Nor any to be gracious to his fatherless children. 13May his descendants be eliminated; May their name be wiped out in a following generation. 14May the guilt of his fathers be remembered before the Lord, And do not let the sin of his mother be wiped out. 15May they be before the Lord continually, So that He may eliminate their memory from the earth; 16Because he did not remember to show mercy, But persecuted the afflicted and needy person, And the despondent in heart, to put them to death. 17He also loved cursing, so it came to him; And he did not delight in blessing, so it was far from him. 18But he clothed himself with cursing as with his garment, And it entered his body like water, And like oil into his bones. 19May it be to him as a garment with which he covers himself, And as a belt which he constantly wears around himself. 20 May this be the reward of my accusers from the Lord, And of those who speak evil against my soul. 21But You, God, the Lord, deal kindly with me for the sake of Your name; Because Your mercy is good, rescue me; 22For I am afflicted and needy, And my heart is wounded within me.King James Version

Chapter 109
9Let his children be fatherless and his wife a widow. 10Let his children wander as beggars, searching for food far from their demolished homes. 11Let a creditor seize all he has; let strangers plunder what he has worked for. 12Let no one show him kindness, and let no one be gracious to his fatherless children. 13Let the line of his descendants be cut off; let their name be blotted out in the next generation. 14Let the iniquity of his fathers be remembered before the Lord, and do not let his mother’s sin be blotted out.
15Let their sins always remain before the Lord, and let him remove all memory of them from the earth.
16For he did not think to show kindness, but pursued the suffering, needy, and brokenhearted in order to put them to death.
17He loved cursing—let it fall on him; he took no delight in blessing—let it be far from him.
18He wore cursing like his coat— let it enter his body like water and go into his bones like oil.
19Let it be like a robe he wraps around himself, like a belt he always wears.
New Living Translation
Chapter 109
9May his children become fatherless, and his wife a widow. 10May his children wander as beggars and be driven from their ruined homes. 11May creditors seize his entire estate, and strangers take all he has earned. 12Let no one be kind to him; let no one pity his fatherless children. 13May all his offspring die. May his family name be blotted out in the next generation. 14May the Lord never forget the sins of his fathers; may his mother’s sins never be erased from the record. 15May the Lord always remember these sins, and may his name disappear from human memory. 16For he refused all kindness to others; he persecuted the poor and needy, and he hounded the brokenhearted to death. 17He loved to curse others; now you curse him. He never blessed others; now don’t you bless him. 18Cursing is as natural to him as his clothing, or the water he drinks, or the rich food he eats. 19Now may his curses return and cling to him like clothing; may they be tied around him like a belt.'English Standard Version

16For he never thought of doing a kindness, but hounded to death the poor and the needy and the brokenhearted.
17He loved to pronounce a curse— may it come back on him. He found no pleasure in blessing— may it be far from him.
18He wore cursing as his garment; it entered into his body like water, into his bones like oil.
19May it be like a cloak wrapped about him, like a belt tied forever around him.
