Chapter 92

1It is good to give thanks to the Lord And to sing praises to Your name, Most High; 2To declare Your goodness in the morning And Your faithfulness by night, 3 With the ten-stringed lute and with the harp, With resounding music on the lyre. 4For You, Lord, have made me joyful by what You have done, I will sing for joy over the works of Your hands. 5How great are Your works, Lord! Your thoughts are very deep. 6A stupid person has no knowledge, Nor does a foolish person understand this:

Chapter 92

1A Psalm or Song for the sabbath day. It is a good thing to give thanks unto the Lord, and to sing praises unto thy name, O most High:
2To shew forth thy lovingkindness in the morning, and thy faithfulness every night,
3Upon an instrument of ten strings, and upon the psaltery; upon the harp with a solemn sound.
4For thou, Lord, hast made me glad through thy work: I will triumph in the works of thy hands.
5O Lord, how great are thy works! and thy thoughts are very deep.
6A brutish man knoweth not; neither doth a fool understand this.

Chapter 92

1It is good to give thanks to the Lord, to sing praises to the Most High. 2It is good to proclaim your unfailing love in the morning, your faithfulness in the evening, 3accompanied by a ten-stringed instrument, a harp, and the melody of a lyre.
4You thrill me, Lord, with all you have done for me! I sing for joy because of what you have done. 5O Lord, what great works you do! And how deep are your thoughts. 6Only a simpleton would not know, and only a fool would not understand this:
