Chapter 92

2To declare Your goodness in the morning And Your faithfulness by night, 3 With the ten-stringed lute and with the harp, With resounding music on the lyre. 4For You, Lord, have made me joyful by what You have done, I will sing for joy over the works of Your hands. 5How great are Your works, Lord! Your thoughts are very deep. 6A stupid person has no knowledge, Nor does a foolish person understand this: 7When the wicked sprouted up like grass And all who did injustice flourished, It was only that they might be destroyed forevermore.

2To shew forth thy lovingkindness in the morning, and thy faithfulness every night,
3Upon an instrument of ten strings, and upon the psaltery; upon the harp with a solemn sound.
4For thou, Lord, hast made me glad through thy work: I will triumph in the works of thy hands.
5O Lord, how great are thy works! and thy thoughts are very deep.
6A brutish man knoweth not; neither doth a fool understand this.
7When the wicked spring as the grass, and when all the workers of iniquity do flourish; it is that they shall be destroyed for ever:

2It is good to proclaim your unfailing love in the morning, your faithfulness in the evening, 3accompanied by a ten-stringed instrument, a harp, and the melody of a lyre.
