What does 1 Kings 14:20 mean?
ESV: And the time that Jeroboam reigned was twenty-two years. And he slept with his fathers, and Nadab his son reigned in his place.
NIV: He reigned for twenty-two years and then rested with his ancestors. And Nadab his son succeeded him as king.
NASB: And the time that Jeroboam reigned was twenty-two years; and he lay down with his fathers, and his son Nadab reigned in his place.
CSB: The length of Jeroboam’s reign was twenty-two years. He rested with his fathers, and his son Nadab became king in his place.
