What does 2 Kings 14:14 mean?
ESV: And he seized all the gold and silver, and all the vessels that were found in the house of the Lord and in the treasuries of the king 's house, also hostages, and he returned to Samaria.
NIV: He took all the gold and silver and all the articles found in the temple of the Lord and in the treasuries of the royal palace. He also took hostages and returned to Samaria.
NASB: And he took all the gold and silver and all the utensils which were found in the house of the Lord, and in the treasuries of the king’s house, the hostages as well, and returned to Samaria.
CSB: He took all the gold and silver, all the articles found in the Lord’s temple and in the treasuries of the king’s palace, and some hostages. Then he returned to Samaria.
