What does 2 Kings 17:14 mean?
ESV: But they would not listen, but were stubborn, as their fathers had been, who did not believe in the Lord their God.
NIV: But they would not listen and were as stiff-necked as their ancestors, who did not trust in the Lord their God.
NASB: However, they did not listen, but stiffened their neck like their fathers, who did not believe in the Lord their God.
CSB: But they would not listen. Instead they became obstinate like their ancestors who did not believe the Lord their God.
