What does Deuteronomy 9:25 mean?
ESV: "So I lay prostrate before the Lord for these forty days and forty nights, because the Lord had said he would destroy you.
NIV: I lay prostrate before the Lord those forty days and forty nights because the Lord had said he would destroy you.
NASB: So I fell down before the Lord for the forty days and nights, which I did because the Lord said He would destroy you.
