What does Exodus 23:18 mean?
ESV: "You shall not offer the blood of my sacrifice with anything leavened, or let the fat of my feast remain until the morning.
NIV: "Do not offer the blood of a sacrifice to me along with anything containing yeast. "The fat of my festival offerings must not be kept until morning.
NASB: You shall not offer the blood of My sacrifice with leavened bread; nor is the fat of My feast to remain overnight until morning.
CSB: "You must not offer the blood of my sacrifices with anything leavened. The fat of my festival offering must not remain until morning.

Book Summary:
The book of Exodus establishes God's covenant relationship with the full-fledged nation of Israel. The descendants of Abraham prosper after settling in Egypt, only to be enslaved by a fearful, hateful Egyptian Pharaoh. God appoints Moses to lead the people out of this bondage.
