ESV: And there shall be eight frames, with their bases of silver, sixteen bases; two bases under one frame, and two bases under another frame.

NIV: So there will be eight frames and sixteen silver bases—two under each frame.

NASB: And there shall be eight boards with their bases of silver, sixteen bases; two bases under one board and two bases under another board.

CSB: There are to be eight supports with their silver bases: sixteen bases; two bases under the first support and two bases under each support.

The book of Exodus establishes God's covenant relationship with the full-fledged nation of Israel. The descendants of Abraham prosper after settling in Egypt, only to be enslaved by a fearful, hateful Egyptian Pharaoh. God appoints Moses to lead the people out of this bondage. Moses serves as God's spokesman, as the Lord brings plagues and judgments on Egypt, leading to the release of Israel.
