What does Exodus 28:16 mean?
ESV: It shall be square and doubled, a span its length and a span its breadth.
NIV: It is to be square—a span long and a span wide—and folded double.
NASB: It shall be square and folded double, a span in length and a span in width.
CSB: It must be square and folded double, nine inches long and nine inches wide.

Book Summary:
The book of Exodus establishes God's covenant relationship with the full-fledged nation of Israel. The descendants of Abraham prosper after settling in Egypt, only to be enslaved by a fearful, hateful Egyptian Pharaoh. God appoints Moses to lead the people out of this bondage.
