What does Exodus 29:23 mean?
ESV: and one loaf of bread and one cake of bread made with oil, and one wafer out of the basket of unleavened bread that is before the Lord.
NIV: From the basket of bread made without yeast, which is before the Lord, take one round loaf, one thick loaf with olive oil mixed in, and one thin loaf.

Book Summary:
The book of Exodus establishes God's covenant relationship with the full-fledged nation of Israel.
