What does Exodus 35:21 mean?
ESV: And they came, everyone whose heart stirred him, and everyone whose spirit moved him, and brought the Lord 's contribution to be used for the tent of meeting, and for all its service, and for the holy garments.
NIV: and everyone who was willing and whose heart moved them came and brought an offering to the Lord for the work on the tent of meeting, for all its service, and for the sacred garments.

Book Summary:
The book of Exodus establishes God's covenant relationship with the full-fledged nation of Israel. The descendants of Abraham prosper after settling in Egypt, only to be enslaved by a fearful, hateful Egyptian Pharaoh. God appoints Moses to lead the people out of this bondage.
