What does Ezekiel 40:41 mean?
ESV: Four tables were on either side of the gate, eight tables, on which to slaughter.
NIV: So there were four tables on one side of the gateway and four on the other—eight tables in all—on which the sacrifices were slaughtered.
NASB: Four tables were on each side next to the gate; eight tables on which they slaughter sacrifices.
CSB: So there were four tables inside the gate and four outside, eight tables in all on which the slaughtering was to be done.
NLT: So there were eight tables in all — four inside and four outside — where the sacrifices were cut up and prepared.
KJV: Four tables were on this side, and four tables on that side, by the side of the gate; eight tables, whereupon they slew their sacrifices.
NKJV: Four tables were on this side and four tables on that side, by the side of the gateway, eight tables on which they slaughtered the sacrifices.
