What does Isaiah 29:19 mean?
ESV: The meek shall obtain fresh joy in the Lord, and the poor among mankind shall exult in the Holy One of Israel.
NIV: Once more the humble will rejoice in the Lord; the needy will rejoice in the Holy One of Israel.
NASB: The afflicted also will increase their joy in the Lord, And the needy of mankind will rejoice in the Holy One of Israel.
CSB: The humble will have joy after joy in the Lord, and the poor people will rejoice in the Holy One of Israel.
