What does Isaiah 30:31 mean?
ESV: The Assyrians will be terror-stricken at the voice of the Lord, when he strikes with his rod.
NIV: The voice of the Lord will shatter Assyria; with his rod he will strike them down.
NASB: For at the voice of the Lord Assyria will be terrified, When He strikes with the rod.
CSB: Assyria will be shattered by the voice of the Lord. He will strike with a rod.
