What does Isaiah 40:21 mean?
ESV: Do you not know? Do you not hear? Has it not been told you from the beginning? Have you not understood from the foundations of the earth?
NIV: Do you not know? Have you not heard? Has it not been told you from the beginning? Have you not understood since the earth was founded?
