What does Isaiah 41:27 mean?
ESV: I was the first to say to Zion, "Behold, here they are!" and I give to Jerusalem a herald of good news.
NIV: I was the first to tell Zion, ‘Look, here they are!’ I gave to Jerusalem a messenger of good news.
