What does Isaiah 56:8 mean?
ESV: The Lord God, who gathers the outcasts of Israel, declares, "I will gather yet others to him besides those already gathered."
NIV: The Sovereign Lord declares— he who gathers the exiles of Israel: "I will gather still others to them besides those already gathered."
NASB: The Lord God, who gathers the dispersed of Israel, declares, 'I will yet gather others to them, to those already gathered.'
