What does Jeremiah 18:10 mean?
ESV: and if it does evil in my sight, not listening to my voice, then I will relent of the good that I had intended to do to it.
NIV: and if it does evil in my sight and does not obey me, then I will reconsider the good I had intended to do for it.
NASB: if it does evil in My sight by not obeying My voice, then I will relent of the good with which I said that I would bless it.
CSB: However, if it does what is evil in my sight by not listening to me, I will relent concerning the good I had said I would do to it.
NLT: but then that nation turns to evil and refuses to obey me, I will not bless it as I said I would.
KJV: If it do evil in my sight, that it obey not my voice, then I will repent of the good, wherewith I said I would benefit them.
