What does Joel 1:10 mean?
ESV: The fields are destroyed, the ground mourns, because the grain is destroyed, the wine dries up, the oil languishes.
NIV: The fields are ruined, the ground is dried up; the grain is destroyed, the new wine is dried up, the olive oil fails.
NASB: The field is ruined, The land mourns; For the grain is ruined, The new wine has dried up, Fresh oil has failed.
