What does 2 Chronicles 35:1 mean?
ESV: Josiah kept a Passover to the LORD in Jerusalem. And they slaughtered the Passover lamb on the fourteenth day of the first month.
NIV: Josiah celebrated the Passover to the LORD in Jerusalem, and the Passover lamb was slaughtered on the fourteenth day of the first month.
NASB: Then Josiah celebrated the Passover to the Lord in Jerusalem, and they slaughtered the Passover animals on the fourteenth day of the first month.
CSB: Josiah observed the Lord's Passover and slaughtered the Passover lambs on the fourteenth day of the first month.
